JEE Main Qualification
- Be among the top 2,50,000 candidates (including all categories) in JEE Main 2026
- Top 20% scorers from each board will also be eligible
- 75% aggregate marks in Class 12 (or be in top 20% of their board)
Age & Attempts
- No age limit for appearing in JEE Advanced
- Maximum 2 consecutive attempts allowed
- Can appear in the year of passing 12th and next year only
JEE Advanced syllabus covers topics from Class 11 & 12. The difficulty level is significantly higher than JEE Main.
